As Nour International we proudly announce, we signed a partnership agreement one of the biggest pharmacy company in Turkiye.
Our partner is an experienced Oncology and Hematology pharmaceuticals manufacturer. Thanks to the huge and high-tech R&D department they are expending their market.
MANUFACTURING
With departments of sterile liquid and solid production our partner has 2 production facilities ( Facility A adn Facility B ) with state of art technology and equipments. Our partner is the only one pharmaceutical company that uses isolator technology in Turkiye. Purpose of this technology is to avoid environmental contamination and also to protect the employees.
FACILITY A
Vial filling line capability for filling is between 2 ml – 250 ml and also we have a filling capability between 0,2 ml – 5 ml for prefilled syringe (PFS). This two filling lines are dedicated for only aseptic filling. In addition to this information; if necessary, we can perform terminal sterilization for filled products
FACILITY B
Vial filling line capability for filling is between 6 ml – 100 ml and also we have a filling capability between 0,2 ml – 1 ml for prefilled syringe (PFS). In addition to this information; our partner has a capability to perform lyophlization process for vial products. This two lines are dedicated for only aseptic filling. If necessary, we can perform terminal sterilization for filled products as well.
The core of our partner's R&D practices is formed by the value given to quality and human life. R&D center continuously works with various project-based collaborations including TUBITAK, TEYDEB, SANTEZ projects and different universities. Some completed and ongoing projects in R&D center are based on the cooperation between private sector and universities.
